Ingredients
- 500g Tofu
- 50g Pork
- Adequate amount Green Onion
- Adequate amount Ginger Minced
- Adequate amount Sichuan Peppercorns

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tofu into small pieces and boil in water.

Step 2
Once boiling, add half a teaspoon of salt to the water.

Step 3
Then pour in some starch slurry.

Step 4
Transfer the tofu along with the broth into a large bowl for later use.

In another pan, heat oil and fry Sichuan peppercorns and red chili peppers until fragrant.

Remove the fried ingredients from the oil. Set aside.

Cut pork into small pieces and mix with one tablespoon of cooking wine.

Fry the marinated pork in the hot oil, stirring to separate the pieces.

Once the meat turns white, add one tablespoon of black bean sauce and one tablespoon of fermented chili paste.

Stir-fry until red oil is released, then add ginger and garlic mince and stir-fry until fragrant.
