Ingredients
- 1000g Bovine Colostrum
- Adequate amount Blueberry Jam
- As needed Osmanthus sugar syrup
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Pour the bovine colostrum into a bowl.

Step 2
Pour the colostrum into a bowl, then steam it in a steamer pot once water is boiling.

Step 3
Cover the bowl with a cheesecloth instead of plastic wrap to prevent steam from condensing in it. This method is just as effective but safer. Place the lid on top and stretch the cheesecloth over it. Steam for 8 minutes.

Step 4
Eggette milk curd is made by steaming whey; it can even be turned out of the mold without sticking.

Step 5
The steamed milk tofu becomes as firm as northern tofu and can be easily scooped open with a spoon.

Step 6
Drain the milk curd and cut it into cubes.

Step 7
Chop and place in a bowl, and take a look at this white milk tofu—doesn't it resemble regular tofu?

I didn't add sugar when steaming, so you can use jam to adjust the flavor. This recipe uses blueberry jam.
