Ingredients
- 600g Cod
- 50g Tomato sauce
- 50g Onion
- 5 cloves Ginger and Garlic
- 20g 2 tablespoons butter
- 20g Seafood sauce
- Half a lemon Lemon
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Wash the cod and cut it into pieces.

Step 2
Add sliced onions, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

Mix well and marinate for about half an hour.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry the marinated cod until golden brown on both sides.

Heat some olive oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic and chopped onions until fragrant.

Add seafood sauce and tomato sauce to the pan.

Squeeze lemon juice into the mixture.

Stir well to combine.

Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil.
